What is not included

Imaging, if it is clinically indicated. Billed by the imaging centre, not by us.
Specialist referral, if the workup finds something outside our scope.
Medication filled through outside pharmacies at your own cost, if you prefer that.

How the membership works

Ongoing treatment is a monthly membership. There is no contract, no minimum term, and no cancellation fee. Cancel any time before the 1st of the month and you are not billed for that month. Nothing is owed after that.

The $395 first visit is a one-time charge, not part of the membership. If treatment is not indicated, there is nothing to join.

If the panel comes back and treatment is not indicated, you pay the $395 for the workup and nothing else. That is the honest version of the deal, and it is why the number is published.
