Enclomiphene Therapy

Enclomiphene citrate is an oral medication that stimulates the body's natural testosterone production by acting on the pituitary gland. Unlike exogenous TRT, Enclomiphene preserves fertility by maintaining sperm production -- making it a strong option for younger men or those planning to have children. In phase III trials it raised testosterone about as much as testosterone gel while keeping LH, FSH and sperm counts in the normal range, where the gel suppressed them. One practical note: enclomiphene is supplied by a compounding pharmacy rather than as a standard branded product, which is why insurance does not cover it and why sourcing matters.
