Human growth hormone therapy treats adult growth hormone deficiency -- a diagnosable pituitary condition, not ordinary aging. Federal law is unusually specific about this drug: growth hormone may only be prescribed for a disease or recognized medical condition that the FDA has authorized it for. Anti-aging, body sculpting and performance use are not among them, and we do not offer it on those terms. What we do offer is a proper workup. If your symptoms and history suggest pituitary disease, we test for it, and if deficiency is confirmed we treat it under close supervision.

Yes, for the right indication, and the boundary is worth understanding. Growth hormone is FDA-approved to treat documented adult growth hormone deficiency. It is also the one prescription drug where federal law specifically makes it a crime to distribute it for uses the FDA has not authorized -- anti-aging and athletic performance among them. That is why we test first and why we will decline if testing is normal. Prescribing it any other way would put both of us at risk.
