The Barber Andrology offers two non-surgical penis enhancement options performed confidentially in our clinical setting. Dermal filler enhancement increases girth, with trials showing gains of around 2 centimetres that are visible immediately and then gradually reduce as the filler resorbs. Penile botulinum toxin is offered for flaccid appearance; this is an off-label use with no published efficacy data, so we describe what it does rather than promise a result. Both are used for aesthetic concerns rather than function, and it is worth saying plainly that most men who seek augmentation have entirely normal anatomy.

Straight answers

Longer than most fillers, but they do fade. Trials have shown girth gains still measurable at 12 to 18 months, while a larger series found the gain shrinking from about 2.7 centimetres at 1 month to 1.8 at 6 months as the product resorbs. Expect the visible peak early and a gradual decline, with top-ups if you want to maintain it.
